Cheesecake Factory

Cheesecake Factory has about a billion types of cheesecake and regular cake. Yes, the food is delicious, however, we all know people really go for the dessert.

At least sane people.

Out of all the types of cheesecake, Lemon Raspberry is my all time favorite.

Would you like to know why it is the best dessert eevvvveeerrrrrr??

1. It is super refreshing 
2. It is light weight so it's not too dense
3. It has both regular cake and cheesecake
4. It isn't toooooo rich to the point you cannot eat all of it
5. It has syrup drizzle over it
6. It is ascetically pleasing

Ingredients

1. Half the filling ingredients for Cheesecake factory cheesecake, plus an extra tablespoon lemon juice.
2. 1/4 package vanilla cake mix.
3. 1/2 package frozen raspberries in light syrup[2]
4. 1/2 cup fresh or frozen raspberries.
5. 1 teaspoon lemon juice.
6. 8 lady fingers, chopped[3]
7. 1 package instant lemon pudding
